We recognize that different developers have different needs and expectations when it comes to technical support, which is why we have put together two distinct paths: self service and traditional, paid support. We encourage you to use either or both options to fit your particular needs.

Self Service

If you need help with LumenVox products, we have a number of self-service resources that may answer your questions:

Paid Support

Traditional technical support is available by phone or e-mail with a paid support contract. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any kind of support without a technical support contract. We encourage users without support contracts to use the LumenVox Developer Forums as a place to ask questions, report bugs, or otherwise get help.
